There are dinners after which you leave just to eat your fill. And there are those after which you leave somewhere else – in your thoughts, senses, memories. España en Platos belongs to the latter category. It is an original series of tasting dinners that leads through Spain not by map but by story. Each evening is a separate chapter – immersed in regional flavors, wines, and cultural contexts. It’s not about "Spanish cuisine" as a slogan. It’s about Spain experienced at the table. Each dish is an interpretation of an idea, place, or symbol – from the organic forms of Casa Milà, through the colors of Park Güell, to the monumental silence of the Sagrada Família. Flavors develop in stages, layers, with a sense of rhythm. Nothing here is accidental, but nothing tries to be obvious.
