§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: http://achotelbymarriottkrakow.wa.profitroom.com
    and is effective from 01.09.2025.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of the contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. consideration of complaints and claims (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – inquiry about filling out a survey or answering a few questions regarding the quality of provided services (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. In case of consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking a checkbox containing the conditions of the consent given.

If a person has given consent to data processing (legal basis: art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) the data is processed until the withdrawal of consent, but after this period information about who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims). §3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use services of software companies and IT system maintainers with whom we have relevant agreements. These agreements include rules of data processing and confidentiality. These data are not disclosed and none of these companies may process data in any other way than specified in the agreement. Your data, if accessible by the company, may be processed solely for the proper provision of services.
