For Season by PI Hotel Group

For Season is a unique culinary initiative created by the hotel operator that combines seasonality, local products, and fine dining finesse. It is a project within which various restaurants belonging to the PI Hotel Group present a menu that changes according to the season, reflecting the richness of flavors and aromas available during that season.

In the winter months, aromatic, warming ingredients prevail – from earthy beets and spicy parsnip, through aromatic porcini mushrooms, to juicy duck breast and pears baked in wine.
