One day, three faces of the egg

On 10 October, we're celebrating World Egg Day — and at Sobre de la Mesa, we do it the way we know best: on the plate. That day, our breakfast buffet gets three special additions, each showing off a different side of the egg. From a crispy coating, through a Netherlands classic, to a taste of the Bosphorus.

Breakfast, but in a premium way: 3 new options on 10th October

1. Breaded eggs are for those who love a contrast of textures — a crunchy shell hiding a soft, runny centre.

2. Eggs Benedict, served with a velvety Hollandaise sauce, is breakfast classic at its finest — elegant and satisfying at once.

3. Turkish eggs, with yoghurt, garlic and spiced butter, bring a touch of Mediterranean sunshine to the table, even as autumn settles in outside.
